MAKING WAVES: New Romanian Cinema continues, in a new configuration, the Romanian Film Festival in NYC, initiated in 2006 and chaired by reputed cultural entrepreneur and cultural policy expert and trainer Corina Suteu, under the artistic direction of Mihai Chirilov.
